This is a team event for Scouts aged 11-15 years. Teams must hike from Sutton Martello Tower to the Martello Tower in Howth, row from Howth to a third Martello Tower on Ireland's Eye, and finally demonstrate pioneering skills.

We will be meeting in Salthill/Monkstown DART station at 0800hrs to get a DART to Howth at 0815hrs. The organising troop, Howth Sea Scouts, hope to have the event finished by around 1800hrs so we expect to be back in Salthill/Monkstown by 1920hrs.

Scouts attending MUST notify their Watch Leader before Friday, and will need to bring the following: packed lunch, Leap Card/money for return ticket to Howth, raingear, suncream, hiking boots, warm clothes, boating shoes, swimming shorts, lifejacket/buoyancy aid, towel.
