In previous years, the way in to Powerscourt was via the Golden Gates. This year they have changed it to the other end, here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/odykm59z1vhDCWGg7
All scouts will be dropped off at these gates and walk to our site. If you have helped transport gear, like tents and food, you can leave it at the gates and the leaders will transport it back to our site. It will be very busy so please don’t stay too long. Other troops will also be arriving the same day and we do not wish to block the road.
Lifts are hugely appreciated for both days. Please let your scout know if you can provide lifts for either day and they can be organised by watch at the meeting this Thursday.
If you have not paid or given us an Activity Consent Form, please have your scout bring them this Thursday.
