Camp will take place from Friday night May 2 to Monday May 5.

Kit will be the same as Easter Camp plus boating gear, as we maybe able to take part in some boating activites.  You should also bring Insect repellant with a high Deet content

Cost will be €45, payable on Thursday April 24.

For those going on splashdown we will be meeting in the den on Friday at 17:00 and will head down to Lough Dan from there. Pick up will be around 12 on Monday from Lough Dan. As there will be some boating on this camp everyone will need boating gear with them.

COMMANDO COURSE POSTPONED DUE TO BAD WEATHER

******* COMMANDO COURSE POSTPONED DUE TO BAD WEATHER *****************

Commando Course will take place on Sunday January 26 in Lough Dan Scout Centre. Time Luí Isteach 10:45 sharp.  You must have (old) gear to complete the course, towel and full uniform.  You will also need food and warm drink(s).  Event should be over between 15:00 – 16:00.

Get to Roundwood Co. Wicklow. We are located 5 mins drive from Roundwood village. The campsite is sign posted from Roundwood.

Coming from the M50/N11 Kilmacanogue  when you come into roundwood take the right hand turn at the two pubs (The Coach house and The Inn) before the pedestrian crossing. Go over the ramps and take the left fork, follow the road for .5 km, then around a right hand bend and up the hill. At the junction take the left turn. Go down the hill and over the bridge. Turn right at the junction. The centre is located .5km up here on the right.

Due to expected adverse weather conditions the Rowing Regatta scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed.
